APPOINTMENT FEE REFUNDS

Appointment fees for "no-shows" and cancellations (including changes in plans due to COVID) made within 6 hours are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment before the 6 hour window you are eligible for a refund.

Follow Up Appointments, Trunk Show Appointments, and Champagne Service Add-Ons are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.
